Do software updates affect me?

Software updates are performed during offpeak hours, typically at night when the system shows no user activity. Your applications will be unavailable for the period that the system is being updated with the latest version of PortBlue technology platform, which is usually 20 minutes. PortBlue support will alert users of any planned update and maintenance activities.

I returned to a page that I visited before. What happened to the answers I typed in?
